The post holder will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and co-ordination of simulation training to healthcare providers.
The post holder will also be responsible for providing expert technical and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of postgraduate education and training as part of the PGMDE team.
To provide simulation technical support predominantly on the PRUH site but also across the wider Trust sites, including mobile and ward-based environments. To lead the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all simulation and clinical skills equipment, including task trainers, high-fidelity manikins, AV/IT systems, and endoscopy equipment. To maintain simulation technology inventory, including serial numbers, service history, and condition reporting. To ensure simulation rooms and equipment are fully operational before each session; participate in equipment installation and software updates as needed.
