About the Role

You’ll work in our non-patient-facing, mail-order pharmacy, supporting the safe and timely supply of medications and test kits to patients across the UK.

You’ll handle the technical aspects of the dispensary, including ordering, labelling, dispensing, and packaging, while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume, repetitive environment. You’ll also support our in-house dispatch team with bulk stock deliveries and organisation. No walk-in pressure.

Key Tasks

Labelling, Dispensing & Dispatching

prescriptions and test kits

Stock Management & Sorting, including handling and storage of medicines

Order Processing using internal systems, scanners, and IT tools

Maintaining a clean, organised workspace at all times

Quality & Excellence, working closely with operations and support teams to deliver outstanding patient service

Skills & Experience Required

Level 2 (NVQ or equivalent) in Pharmacy Dispensing or Pre-Reg Pharmacist
Right to work in the UK
Ability to work onsite daily in Milton Keynes (MK12 5NA)
Good understanding of UK pharmacy regulations
High accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
