Full-Time, Permanent (4 weekdays plus Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm)

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a community pharmacy located within a busy shopping centre in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist to grow and develop as a Pharmacy Manager and lead a friendly and supportive team.

Key Details:

• Provide all NHS services, including Pharmacy First
• 10,000 items a month
• Use of ProScript pharmacy system
• Lead and manage a team of 3 experienced dispensers
• Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards and all legal and ethical guidelines
• No requirement to offer or manage private services, allowing full focus on NHS service delivery
• High footfall location with steady dispensing volume

Requirements:

• Must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in community pharmacy (preferably in a manager or supervisory role)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team
• Comfortable managing a busy dispensary environment
