Unleash your potential as a Perpetual Integrity Analyst, where you will manage manages part number changes and inventory accuracy across both current vehicle (running change) and new model year introduction points and is responsible for verifying physical and system inventory for financial reporting.
What To Expect
In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organisation. Here’s what to expect:
- Generate counts required according to cycle program and demands of our business customers
- Liaise with counters to optimise and improve program
- Reconcile system stocks on SAP within strict FM guidelines
- Investigate causes of ‘Out of Tolerance’ adjustments and inform relevant areas of issues, as required
- Maintain departmental records and filing systems as supporting evidence for auditors
- Support part changes and model year run out programs in order to ensure a smooth transition and minimise obsolescence
What You’ll Need
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Good understanding of Logistics processes including material flows, receiving and storage
- Data Analysis identifying trends in performance for investigation
- An understanding of Financial accounting and reporting
- Ability to learn quickly whilst being agile and flexible and respond positively to change
- I.T. skills (All Microsoft) as well as knowledge of SAP system
