Position Overview

Crux is on the lookout for extremely talented Embedded Software & Electronics Engineers to join us for a 12-month placement.

Crux Embedded Software & Electronics Engineers bring their engineering expertise, including analytical, theoretical, and experimental capabilities to Crux’s client projects. The role is multi-disciplinary and involves embedded firmware development and electronic design, build and test to achieve state of the art solutions used in medical device applications.

This is a unique opportunity to help change the face of engineering within the medical devices sector, using innovation to solve complex problems, and deliver creative engineering solutions to the medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer industries.

What We’re Looking For

On track to achieve a first classification in a relevant accredited degree program.
Embedded C/C++.
Developing and debugging electronics and software systems.
Analogue and Digital Electronics Hardware Design, schematic capture and PCB Layout.
Experimental and/or prototyping skills.
Appetite for solving difficult and unusual problems.
Ability to work within multiple cross-disciplinary teams and be client facing.
