Job Title: Schedule / Planning Coordinator

Location: Clyde / Glasgow (Hybrid)

Contract: Permanent | Start ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Schedule/Planning Coordinator to support the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes within a live operational naval base. You will develop, maintain and communicate integrated project schedules, working closely with Programme Planning and Risk teams to support informed decision-making.

This is a security-sensitive role requiring sole UK nationality and SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and plans
Support programme integrated planning and schedule reviews
Identify risks, issues, opportunities and mitigation actions
Work with Planning and Risk leads on reviews and reporting
Track and report progress and mitigation actions
Submit accurate plans to the base Integrated Plan
Support change control and baseline management
Engage with MoD, contractors and internal stakeholders

Key Requirements (Essential)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a scheduling/planning role
Primavera P6 Practitioner
Strong knowledge of planning processes and change control
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
Sole UK national with SC clearance (or able to obtain)
Available to work onsite 2–4 days per week as required

Desirable

Experience in complex, live operational environments
Strong executive-level communication skills
APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / MoR qualifications
