Description

Your Role:

Based directly at our client’s site, a world-renowned aerospace supplier, your role will be to improve supply chain logistics performance.

Your key tasks include:

Processing orders and forecasts.
Monitoring logistics performance: developing action plans, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and analyzing workload/capacity.
Tracking work-in-progress: supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Coordinating with purchasing, quality, and engineering teams.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all planning and logistics operations comply with aerospace-specific standards (e.g., AS9102, ISO 9001).
Conduct risk assessments related to scheduling delays, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory changes.
Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen operational challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

Engineering degree or master's in logistics or supply chain management.
First experience in logistics, preferably in the industrial sector (aerospace, automotive, railway).
Knowledge of Air Supply and quality methodologies (VSM, SCMH audit, 8D/QRQC) is appreciated.

Fluency in English and frequent travel

Open to 3-4 days onsite a week, in Belfast or Prestwick (Scotland)

Open to Travel to other sites in UK.
