Position Summary

To support the Plant Controller in all areas of Operational Finance.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing, including:
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Journals (Accrual, Prepayment, Stock, Depreciation, etc.)
• General analysis and reconciliations
• Inventory counts, control, and investigation, including:
• Raw Materials
• Work In Progress (WIP)
• Third-Party Warehouse
• MRO
• Consignment
• Regular Reporting:
• KPIs
• Scrap and Obsolescence
• Plant Costs vs. Budget/Forecast
• Fixed Asset and Capex Reporting
• Support for Budget & Forecast activities
• Support with audits – External and Internal (including SOX)

What We Are Looking For

Knowledge and Experience:

• Part-qualified or newly qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• FMCG / Manufacturing experience essential
• Proficient use of Microsoft packages
• Previous experience with SAP is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
