We are recruiting for a Plant Batcher to join our team at the Eaglescliffe site (TS16 0PS). This is a full time, permanent position, working 48 hours per week + overtime.

To hit the ground running, you will need previous Plant operation or manufacturing experience within a similar industry.

So what's the mission?
Working as part of a small team, you'll use our systems and processes to batch mortar and screeds which will meet customer needs whilst ensuring our internal quality requirements are met. You'll work closely with the team to maintain site housekeeping to a high standard and you'll put health and safety at the forefront of everything you do.

You will conduct all activities required for stock control and administration tasks, including the use of IT systems to operate the site and link to the company's processes.

What are the mission-critical skills?

• Experience in mortar/screed/concrete or another industrial role
• Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with all colleagues
• Coordinate and support customer services in maintaining effective transport movements
• Supervising adherence to environmental permits.
• Conduct general site maintenance such as greasing
• Inspections & checks and basic repairs
• Experience in maintaining & improving site quality control and standards
• Conduct checks and confidently use a mobile plant (Telehandler)
