Job Title: Plasterer - Property Services Location: East London Type: Permanent Salary: £38,000 per year

Company Overview: Daniel Owen are recruiting for a social housing contractor based in East London. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their team on an ongoing basis, working across a variety of social housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Plasterer within the Property Services team, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out general maintenance on occupied properties

Completing void work (properties that are vacant and require maintenance)

Plastering, including all aspects of plastering and rendering

Required Experience & Qualifications

Providing additional support with other trades when required

Experience working in social housing or council properties

Plastering NVQ

A full UK driving license (essential for travel to sites)

Previous experience in multi-trade roles would be an advantage
