Job Description

Are you passionate about data integrity, customer experience, and operational excellence? Join our Retail Technology team as a Platform Analyst, where you'll play a key role in supporting Legal & General’s largest operational customer data asset.

This is a great opportunity to collaborate across divisions and contribute to meaningful change in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administering and maintaining customer records to ensure data accuracy
  • Reviewing and approving access to customer data across applications and systems
  • Managing requests and queries via ServiceNow and team mailboxes
  • Conducting scheduled and ad-hoc analysis on large customer data sets
  • Completing production and business acceptance testing for system migrations
  • Implementing governance and reporting for customer-impacting changes
  • Embedding fair value principles across our application estate
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience of working in IT Operations or Data Support teams
  • Familiarity with SQL and monitoring tools
  • Ability to follow and improve documented processes accurately
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness to queries
  • Experience with Service Desk tools such as ServiceNow
  • Technical knowledge of AWS or Access Management would be a huge plus!
