Who are we looking for?

Act as a cross-platform technical catalyst, rapidly building context across domains to uncover friction, challenge existing approaches, and enable scalable improvements through automation, experimentation, and engineering best practice in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Embed across teams to unblock delivery and accelerate outcomes across cloud, networking, reliability, automation, and data platforms.

Deep appreciation of Infrastructure as Code principles and scalable system design, without being constrained to a single stack.

Working knowledge of container platforms and cloud services.

Knowledge of JST would be preferrable.

Strong understanding of secure-by-design engineering and operational risk considerations.

Proven ability to integrate solutions into CI/CD pipelines and SDLC-aligned delivery models.

Experience using orchestration platforms such as Itential to automate cross-domain processes.

Able to organise and drive initiatives through tooling such as Jira without being a full-time delivery manager.
