Platform Associate – Distributed Energy (London / Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Platform Associate to join a high-growth, European-focused distributed energy initiative. This is a hands-on role driving operational and financial excellence across emerging platforms, including solar, batteries, and other energy transition technologies.

What You’ll Do:

Lead financial modeling, commercial appraisal, and risk analysis to support strategic decisions
Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across platform companies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to finance, leadership, and European energy markets
Build the foundations for scalable operations while contributing directly to the clean energy transition

Who You Are:

2–4 years’ experience in finance, consulting, or private equity-backed companies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset
Ambitious, proactive, and ready to learn in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
