Role
Provide expert-level support for the PLM toolset (Windchill) within the Engineering Design Capabilities Team, ensuring effective deployment, adoption, and performance across engineering communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first-line support for Windchill user queries.
- Develop and deliver training materials, one-on-one coaching, and support resources for tool implementation and rollout phases.
- Conduct training needs analysis across MBDA engineering groups.
- Create and update processes impacted by PLM tool implementation.
- Provide technical support for verification, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support data organisation requests and user role management.
- Troubleshoot tool issues, adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
- Advise on best practices for PDM/PLM systems and data management.
- Monitor and report system performance issues.
- Maintain PLM support documentation and user guides.
Requirements
- In-depth expertise in PDM/PLM systems (preferably Windchill).
- Strong analytical, training, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to support large-scale tool implementations in engineering environments.
