Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to carry out repair, maintenance and multi-skilled works across properties in Oldham. The role involves delivering high-quality plumbing services while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company procedures, and health & safety standards.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with customers and internal teams while contributing to the achievement of service KPIs. Participation in the on-call rota for out-of-hours breakdowns is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality plumbing repairs and maintenance works.
• Provide multi-skilled support to complete tasks in a single visit whenever possible.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Work effectively with clients, customers and internal teams.
• Support the team in achieving contractual KPIs and performance targets.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and SHEQ requirements.
• Use communication devices, PPE, and company equipment responsibly and in line with policy.
• Maintain accurate written or electronic documentation, including job records and time logs.
• Attend vocational or non-vocational training as required.
• Participate in the on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies.
• Promote company values and maintain a professional appearance and conduct.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential

• City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing or equivalent relevant experience
• Full, valid UK driving licence
