What You’ll Be Doing

As a Plumber with Dalkia, you will:

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing systems, heating systems, and water services.
• Carry out emergency call-outs and extra works in line with contract requirements.
• Operate in full compliance with Dalkia’s policies on health & safety, quality, and financial procedures.
• Use digital tools (e.g., tablet reporting) to capture job details, diagnostics, remedial actions, and lifecycle condition reporting.
• Support and collaborate with the wider engineering team, promoting a positive team culture and delivering outstanding service to our client.
• Maintain a strong focus on operational reliability and compliance with engineering standards and HASAWA legislation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds 6129 (Basic Plumbing – Parts 2 & 3) or NVQ Level 2 & 3 (6089)
• Hands-on experience with a variety of plumbing and HVAC systems
• Commitment to safe working practices and compliance

Desirable Skills:

• Fabric maintenance knowledge
• Working at Height, IPAF, PASMA, or scaffolding certifications
• Additional Health & Safety qualifications
