The Vacancy
We’re looking for experienced and qualified Multi-Skilled Plumbers to join our growing in-house maintenance team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality repairs and want to be part of a team that makes a real difference to people’s lives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Our maintenance teams carry out a wide range of plumbing and property services across our housing portfolio, including responsive repairs, planned maintenance, adaptations, bespoke refurbishments, gas and electrical services, painting, and void property management. We’re committed to our mission: More Homes, Great Services, Better Lives.
We currently have several roles available, each offering a unique focus. Some positions involve day-to-day domestic plumbing tasks such as shower and tap repairs, bathroom fixes, and drainage work. Others focus on larger, non-routine repairs including wet room and bathroom refurbishments, shower installations, and panelling. There is also an opportunity to work within a specialist team supporting vulnerable customers with care needs, combining both routine and more complex plumbing tasks.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be flexible, customer-focused, and aligned with our CLEAR values. You should hold relevant plumbing qualifications and be open to further training to enhance your technical and customer service skills. Experience in basic joinery, tiling, and patch plastering is also required.
This is a full-time Plumber role, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8am–4.30pm, and Friday 8am–3.30pm. You’ll be provided with a company vehicle, mobile device, and all necessary power tools.
