Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience

Reporting to: Operations Manager

A full clean driver’s license is required for this role.

The Role

GreenGen is seeking a skilled Plumbing & Heating Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial properties in the South Cornwall and Devon . You’ll diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring all work meets local regulations and high-quality standards. Strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. If you're a hardworking professional with NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience) and a passion for innovative solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating required; Level 3 highly desirable.
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in plumbing and heating installations.
• Heating Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of domestic heating systems and their components.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication with strong customer-facing abilities.
• Teamwork & Standards: Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
