PM Analytics Director – London

A leading multi-PM investment firm is hiring a PM Analytics Director to join its London office.

This is a high-impact role working across a multi-manager platform, supporting the assessment, onboarding, and monitoring of portfolio managers and strategies. You’ll work directly with investment teams to deliver performance and risk analytics, improve alpha generation, and help shape strategy implementation.

What you’ll do

Assess and underwrite PM strategies across equities, credit, macro, event-driven, and quant.
Deliver performance attribution and risk insights to PMs and senior management.
Partner with investment teams to optimise strategies using proprietary analytics tools.
Support due diligence and onboarding of new portfolio managers.
Contribute to the development of analytics, reporting, and monitoring capabilities.

What we’re looking for

Background in performance/risk analytics or PM/quant experience in a multi-PM environment.
Strong quantitative skills (Python, SQL, statistics).
Ability to work directly with PMs and influence performance.
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
Based in London (on-site role).
