Velonetic represents the joint ventures between DXC Technology, the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and Lloyd’s of London. Previously referred to as the London Market Joint Ventures, we have been operating for over 20 years in the London Market (Lloyd's and Company), in both insurance and reinsurance business. Processing over £117 billion worth of premium and claims transactions today, we are building a new digital platform and services that will enable our customers to move transactions and money through the processing lifecycle with greater efficiency and speed, releasing time to drive innovation and focus on higher value activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes on behalf of Project Managers
- Coordinate PMO meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Use project management software to monitor and report timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Implement and ensure adherence to project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Support the Risk Analyst in first line risk reviews, controls and mitigations across technology delivery, business resilience, and project/programme delivery
Required Skills And Qualifications
Skills, Education, and Experience
- Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- RAID management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Adaptable and capable of handling changing priorities
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent eye for detail
Ideal But Not Essential
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- PMP, APM, or PRINCE2 qualification
- Proficiency in SAP, Workfront, Microsoft Project, and Confluence
- Experience in creating dashboards or visual reports using tools like Power BI
- Knowledge of financial tracking and budget management for projects
- SharePoint building
