We have an opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join their team of staff in the Group IT department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Duties Of This Role Include
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the organization's PPM tool (KeyedIn)
- Maintain, administer and support all aspects of the PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) platform, including configuration, user management, and permissions.
- Support the portfolio governance process through data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
- Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure consistent and effective use of the PPM tool.
- Provide training, onboarding, and support for PPM tool users across business units.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance project visibility, prioritisation, and execution.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for executive leadership, providing insights on portfolio health, resource utilization, and project performance.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with PMO standards and methodologies within the PPM environment.
- Support audits and reviews by ensuring accurate, complete, and current data in the PPM system.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of PMO processes, templates, and best practices.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in a PMO or project management function.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; highly proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Demonstrable experience in the active use of portfolio management tools.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Prior planning and resource management experience of a complex, high value portfolio or programme within a complex environment
- Proven experience in, and detailed knowledge of, project management practices, standards and methodologies.
- Experienced in analysing and extracting top level information to be shared with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborative working across a large and diverse organization
- Experience and competency across the following core PMO and Delivery activities : Estimation, planning, governance, project/development lifecycle, reporting and metrics , governance, Issue/Risk management, lessons learnt & continuous improvement processes.
- Proven experience with implementation of at least one major PPM tool (e.g. KeyedIn, Clarity, Planview, ServiceNow, Microsoft PPM, Monday, Workfront, etc.) preferred
