Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator, you'll be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the successful execution of our projects. Your role will involve managing project documentation, facilitating team communications, and supporting various administrative tasks. You'll work closely with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project operations and contribute to the overall success of our initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project documentation and control books.
- Assist in the scheduling of meetings and preparation of agendas.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
- Create presentations to communicate project status and achievements.
- Organize training sessions for project staff on relevant topics.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
