The Opportunity

This role is a skilled and proactive PMO professional to manage the project portfolio in different Global HR CoE initiatives led by Global HR TRX team, with a strong focus on managing HR process and system-related projects—particularly those involving SAP SuccessFactors. This role oversees the full lifecycle of HR transformation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered effectively, align with strategic priorities, and support the successful implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors modules. It will work closely with the Head of HR Transformation and HRX managers, and manage different stakeholders in the business and HR, and external vendors to drive best-in-class project governance, integrated planning, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Central)
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support
• Manage the monthly change process and bi-annual release cycles
• Optimise HR processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain robust data security
• Oversee data accuracy, migration, and integration with other systems
• Partner with reporting teams to deliver actionable HR analytics
• Manage the Global HR CoE portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the One NEC People Strategy, business priorities, and the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap.
• Collaborate with Global HR CoE leaders and functional stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and plan initiatives related to SuccessFactors modules and HR process improvements.
• Establish and uphold project governance standards that ensure consistent planning, execution, and reporting across SuccessFactors-related projects.
• Oversee the HR Change Front Door process, ensuring all system and process initiatives—particularly those involving SuccessFactors—are captured, assessed, and mapped to the HR Transformation Roadmap.
• Lead the planning and execution of SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular portfolio and project reviews, providing senior leadership with updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Embed best practices in project and change management, specifically tailored for cloud-based HRIS projects, to support user adoption and sustained business impact.
• Utilize SuccessFactors analytics and HR data to evaluate program effectiveness, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of innovation and learning by capturing lessons learned from SuccessFactors rollouts and driving iterative improvements in system and process design.
• Provide structured support and guidance to project teams, business leads, and system owners to ensure cross-functional coordination and effective communication.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships related to SuccessFactors implementations and support, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual agreements, system architecture, and business needs.
