We are seeking a PMO Manager to establish and lead a new PMO function within our financial services business. This is a pivotal role where you’ll design, implement, and embed project governance frameworks from the ground up, enabling the successful delivery of high-impact change initiatives across banking and financial services.

What you’ll be doing:
- Setting up and embedding the PMO function, including governance frameworks, reporting standards, and controls.
- Delivering executive-level reporting, producing dashboards, packs, and updates for senior stakeholders, boards, and committees.
- Tracking and monitoring milestones, dependencies, budgets, and risks across multiple projects.
- Managing risk registers and issue logs, ensuring accountability and timely resolution.
- Driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and templates.
- Championing Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall practices across programmes.
- Acting as a key liaison with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a PMO Manager within banking or financial services.
- Strong background in change delivery and regulatory-driven programmes.
- Expert knowledge of project governance, reporting, and controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data modelling, reporting automation).
- Hands-on expertise in Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging at C-suite level.
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
