PMO Manager – Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our team, supporting the successful execution of high-impact projects across banking and financial services. This is a pivotal role, ensuring projects are delivered with strong governance, compliance, and alignment to regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Establishing and enforcing project governance processes, ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to
• Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams
• Producing high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders and committees
• Managing risk registers and issue logs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Supporting project planning, resource management, and budget processes
• Driving continuous improvement in project management practices, tools, and templates
• Acting as a key liaison with stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery

Key requirements:

• Strong track record as a PMO Manager within banking or financial services
• Proven experience delivering change projects
• In-depth knowledge of project governance, reporting, and controls
• Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and advanced Excel
• Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills at C-suite level
