Central London Community Heath NHS Trust is responsible for delivering Brent Adult and Children’s Community services.
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled colleagues to join us as we build on existing models of care and introduce new ways of working with the changing landscape of the NHS and a greater emphasis on population health. All being delivered with the support and leadership of a forward thinking Senior Management Team.
You will provide day-to-day clinical care in a supported environment and within a dynamic team. Providing day-to-day leadership, you will ensure the needs of patients are placed at the centre of care delivery while providing assurance that standards of clinical care within a designated area is of the highest standard attainable.
You will need to demonstrate empathy and compassionate leadership skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to educate patients and inspire colleagues through active demonstration of clinical practice. At the same time be willing to learn and develop within this Band 5 role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the drive to deliver the above within a well-established division that has good relationships with the emerging Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, Local authority and Local acute Trust.

To provide high-quality care to a diverse range of podiatry patients in a wide variety of settings.
To assess diagnose, treat, plan, and manage the podiatric (lower limb and foot care) needs of the local and transient populations in a wide variety of settings, in order to maintain patient mobility and independence.
To work in collaboration with a team of Podiatrists and other care providers to ensure seamless care delivery for all patients and where appropriate to liaise with and refer and work under direction of Band 6.
The post holder will be expected to undertake appropriate clinical rotation(s) and will be supported by supervision and mentoring sessions.
The post holder will, with their manager identify their knowledge and skills and will be encouraged to work towards the skills and knowledge level of a Specialist Podiatrist.
