What’s the role?
You will 1) co-ordinate, resolve and monitor statutory complaints and non statutory complaints, enquiries and requests for information. 2) Ensure that requests for information are effectively responded to within the statutory and regulatory time limits. 3) Support the development, delivery and monitoring of effective policies, strategies and procedures in response to new and emerging priorities for the CYP directorate.

What We’re Looking For
You will have an eye for accuracy and detail, and will ensure quality communication to a wide range of audiences. Liaising and supporting services across the Children and Young People's Directorate so that we are continually learning and delivering better services for our residents.
Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, but we operate a hybrid approach where you may be able to work both in the office and from home.

Salary
£44,430 - £46,437 per annum (PO2)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
