F/LIST UK, with approximately 20 employees, is one of our newest locations and is located in
South London, just outside
Biggin Hill Airport. This location provides air aftermarket services for European customers, including cabin refurbishment, repainting, re-veneering, leather seat upholstery, wall panel replacement, carpet replacement and stone floor integration.
As part of our team you will...
- study specifications & drawings of articles requiring finishing.
- sand veneer, hardwood and other materials for preparation of topcoat process preparation.
- create stain recipe on samples in order to obtain customer approval.
- apply stain as per requirements.
- sand varnish according to company standards, maintaining flatness & removing defects.
- operate relevant tools and machines for sanding & polishing tasks.
- pay attention to detail and ensure quality of craftsmanship.
You're a good fit if you....
- completed a vocational training in finishing.
- possess a min of 2 years of similar or equivalent professional work experience.
- are competent in polishing high-end products.
- possess excellent manual skills.
- able to read and interpret drawings.
- are capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
- have aviation experience (an asset).
