You Will
- Carry out day-to-day activities to support the delivery of Operational Technology services, including the collation of resource and planning data, management information and RAID logs.
- Adhere to all reporting standards and instigate improvements where identified
- Manage production and consolidation of reports, using appropriate templates and meeting all relevant deadlines
- Maintain existing departmental policies and procedures - and collaboration spaces.
- Support OT colleagues with day to day running of project governance processes
You Have
- Good understanding of end-to-end lifecycle delivery of engineering assets and/or technology systems
- Project management methodology (e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMP, APM)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerApps/PowerBI
- Experience in managing resource profiles, resourcing data and enabling better decision making
- A solid understanding of IT and/or OT products, services & systems
