Job Title: Portfolio Lead
Location: Warrington – Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

This organisation emphasizes innovative solutions to enhance service quality while ensuring environmental responsibility and fostering community engagement.
We are collaborating with this organisation to identify an experienced Portfolio Lead who will be integral in managing a diverse array of projects in the water treatment sector. The chosen candidate will be tasked with strategic planning and executing portfolio initiatives that are in line with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, stakeholder management skills, and a proven record of operational excellence are critical for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of multiple projects in water treatment, ensuring they are completed on time and meet established quality standards.
• Design and execute strategic plans that align with business goals and comply with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, provide progress reports, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse project performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate progress, implementing necessary corrective measures.
• Lead and nurture a diverse team, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Control budgets and manage resource allocations to ensure optimal project outcomes.
• Apply industry best practices and innovative strategies to improve project performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, ideally within the energy, utilities, or water treatment fields.
• Proficient leadership and team development skills, with the capacity to inspire and engage team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to convey complex information effectively.
• Adept at managing multiple projects concurrently and thriving under pressure.
• A degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable discipline is desirable.
