What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be building and leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensure the team maintains considerable technical competence and continuous professional development
- Managing order intake, sales, and margin in line with IBP and wider business objectives
- You will oversee timely delivery of key project milestones
- Effectively allocate and manage resources to meet programme demands
- Ensure you maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through ample delivery performance and stakeholder engagement
- Drive sustainable business growth by expanding existing capabilities and exploring new opportunities
- Actively identify and develop relationships with new customers to expand the portfolio
Your Skills And Experiences
- Extensive project delivery experience at a similar scale and complexity
- Good understanding of bid best practices and associated processes
- Awareness of business development with a keen interest in further developing this area
- Decisive and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Quick to absorb new information and adapt to changing priorities
- Strategic thinker with solid commercial awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levels

The Modelling And Simulation Team
This is a key leadership role within our team, responsible for driving delivery and growth across our Modelling and Simulation portfolio. Reporting directly to the Simulation and Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of simulation capability.
