Let Us Tell You a Bit About The Opportunity
This is a 12 month FTC where you’ll join the Aldermore Asset Finance (AAF) team, where you’ll play a key role in managing the bank’s assets responsibly, while identifying and reporting risks at both the portfolio and individual customer level. Working closely with the AAF Portfolio Management Credit Delivery managers, you’ll support the ongoing performance management of Asset Finance customers.
In this role, you’ll engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and consistently upholding the Bank’s values and commitments.
What will your day look like?
- Conduct portfolio reviews of the larger Asset Finance customer base; reviewing Watch List cases; , and supporting the preparation of credit review papers with the Credit Delivery Managers.
- Own and manage key reporting cycles, including collating and distributing the Credit Stewardship return.
- Monitor and escalate risks as identified in the portfolio including carrying out detailed analysis of management information.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders while contributing to a collaborative and solution-focused team environment.
- Drive continuous improvement, supporting the development of credit strategy, policy, and process enhancements, and contributing to a culture of adaptability, simplicity, and timely delivery.
What do we expect from you?
- Experienced within the Asset Finance industry with knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience of working to tight SLA’s and processing new business proposals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skilll
