Power Automator

My client is a growing insurer who are seeking Power Automate contractors to join them. The role will be responsible for automating and streamlining a variety of manual and error-prone business processes across various functions.

The key responsibilities include:

• Develop and deploy Power Automate workflows to automate manual tasks and improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with business users to understand pain points and translate them into automated solutions.
• Integrate Power Automate flows with platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Guidewire, and other enterprise systems.
• Use AI Builder and other Power Platform tools for data extraction, document processing, and intelligent automation.
• Ensure automated processes comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Maintain audit trails, automated reporting, and status notifications to enhance transparency and customer engagement.
• Support multiple business areas including claims processing, policy administration, broker workflows, compliance, back-office functions, and customer engagement.
