We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide insights into our digital marketing campaigns and measure financial performance.
The DTC Digital Marketing Team focuses on directly recruiting students through digital channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and HubSpot. We run paid campaigns to drive inquiries and enrolments across a variety of education products.
You’ll be responsible for transforming digital marketing and financial measurement requirements into data solutions — building and implementing calculations for key metrics (e.g., gross margins, customer lifetime value, conversion rates), developing dashboards to visualise these insights, and maintaining existing reports as our product range and metrics evolve.
