About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Power Platform & Azure Data Developer to join our growing team at Theramex. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable data solutions, automating workflows, and leveraging AI to drive business insights and efficiency. You’ll work across Power Platform and Azure technologies to deliver impactful solutions that support our mission in women’s health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop Power Apps and integrate them with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and implement ETL processes.
• Collaborate on AI/ML projects and integrate models into Power BI or Azure services.
• Support deployment of Azure Cognitive Services and develop predictive analytics solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and document technical designs.
• Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Skills / Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Power Automate, Power BI (including DAX and data modelling), and Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and cloud data sources.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and Azure AI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning).
• Experience with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, DP-203, AI-900) are a plus.
• Previous experience in data development and automation roles.
• Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Power Apps, and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
