Power Platform Developer

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week)

Salary: Up to £65,000

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a leading medical organisation in London. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of 2 days per week in the office, with the chance to work on innovative solutions that transform business operations.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365 CE. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders to build robust, scalable solutions while mentoring junior developers and driving best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain custom Power Platform solutions.
Mentor and guide developers, supporting their technical growth.
Act as a technical leader, influencing architecture, integration strategies, and coding standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and adhere to governance and compliance standards.

Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance existing Power Platform applications.

Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency.

Stay up to date with Power Platform advancements, exploring new tools and methodologies.

Essential Experience:

Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dynamics 365 CE, Azure Logic Apps, and related Microsoft technologies.
Strong experience in mentoring junior developers.
Proven knowledge of Power Platform architecture, integrations, and solution design.
Experience in Power BI for data visualisations.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
