Power Platform Resource Specification for C&R Knowledge Sharing Support

Project Context:

As part of the transition of the Claims & Recoveries (C&R) service from for our public sector client, a Power Platform resource is required to support knowledge transfer, documentation, and continuity of service delivery.

Objectives

• Facilitate effective knowledge sharing between client and internal teams
• Support documentation and onboarding of internal staff to C&R.
• Ensure continuity of Power Platform development and support during the transition.

Key Duties

• Knowledge Transfer & Documentation
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with client and internal stakeholders.
• Document technical and functional aspects of the C&R solution.
• Maintain a centralised knowledge base accessible to all relevant parties.
• Development & Technical Support
• Provide hands-on support for Power Platform components (Model driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint).
• Collaborate with client and internal developers on enhancements and issue resolution.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

3. Governance & Best Practice

• Align with Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) standards. Ensure compliance with our public client’s data governance and DLP policies. Required Skills
• Power Platform Development: Strong experience with Power Apps – model driven and canvas apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint integration.
• Documentation: Ability to produce clear, structured, and accessible technical and functional documentation.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge Sharing: Experience in facilitating knowledge transfer and onboarding activities.
• Governance Awareness: Familiarity with CoE practices, DLP policies, and secure development standards.
