PR Account Director - Beauty

My client, a top-tier, award-winning PR agency are recruiting for a for a smart, ambitious Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-profile haircare and beauty brands.

About the Role

• Account Director
• Salary: Up to £54,000 + Benefits
• Location: London, Hybrid (3 days in office)

You’ll be at the heart of a well-established beauty and lifestyle team, leading high-impact press office and brand campaigns.

The focus is on delivering standout earned media, influencer and cultural storytelling across household names. With big budgets and bold ambitions, you’ll manage multiple campaign streams across brand PR, social, influencer and strategic planning.

You’ll work closely with an integrated team spanning creative, strategy, influencer and social specialists. Your core day-to-day will involve driving campaigns forward, providing senior counsel to clients, managing a talented team, and overseeing budget/resource allocation across multiple live briefs.

You’ll need to bring:

• Solid agency background, ideally in a mid-sized to large setup
• Big brand experience in beauty, lifestyle or women’s interest
• Operational excellence and top-tier client servicing skills
• Experience creating and executing strategic and creative brand plans
• Proven ability to manage multi-layered campaigns with significant budgets
• Strong earned media instincts – and the ability to coach junior teams
• Natural cultural curiosity and trend awareness
• Budget management and resourcing experience
• Energy, ambition and agility – with the pace to match
