We’re looking for an experienced PR Account Manager – someone who can take full ownership of their client accounts, build strong media relationships, and confidently lead campaigns from planning through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Taking full ownership of your client accounts – leading day-to-day delivery, managing expectations, and driving success
- Leading PR and social campaigns from strategy to execution, working closely with our team to deliver great results
- Owning the tone of voice for your clients and ensuring messaging is consistent and engaging across all written content
- Building strong media and influencer relationships to secure high-quality coverage
- Evaluating performance and adapting strategies to hit client goals
- Writing clear, compelling copy across multiple formats – including press releases, feature articles, thought leadership, blogs, website copy, and social content
- Maintaining high standards – every piece of work should be client-ready and aligned to the brief
- Providing excellent service that builds trust and long-term client relationships
- Supporting new business pitches and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
Does this sound like you?
- You have previous experience managing digital PR accounts within an agency environment
- You have strong copywriting skills and can adapt tone and messaging across different formats – from press releases and articles to blogs, social posts, emails, and websites
- You understand how to measure the success of campaigns and use insights to improve performance
- You can spot the right opportunities and develop smart strategies aligned with client goals
- You’re confident working independently and taking ownership of your client accounts
- You stay up to date with media and industry trends – and know how to make them work for clients
- You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for ways to add value
- You communicate with clarity and confidence – both in writing and in person
