We’re looking for a Practice Lead (Delivery Lead) to take ownership of project delivery excellence, lead a team of Project Managers, and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding results to our Enterprise client base.

What You’ll Do

Lead and line manage a team of up to 20 Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of customer engagements.
Take full commercial and contractual responsibility for project outcomes.
Drive assurance, governance, and customer satisfaction across all engagements.

Continuously evolve and innovate the Practice’s capabilities to align with business strategy.

Support business growth by developing competitive, standardised, and market-relevant service offerings.

Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise across internal and external stakeholders.

Manage team operations and financial performance to meet targets and improve productivity.

Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and effective performance management.

Deliver projects within contracted service accounts, ensuring quality and consistency.

What You’ll Need

Recent experience leading the delivery of large-scale projects, ideally within a professional services organisation.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project financials and governance.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop individuals and teams.
A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with sales, service delivery, and service development teams.
