Practice Manager - Endocrinology at The Physicians' Clinic
Location: Harley St Clinic at 14 Devonshire Street, W1G 7AE
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Monday – Friday, 0900-1700

The Practice Manager directs and supervises the day-to-day functions of the Practice, providing supporting leadership and management to all staff within the practice, and is responsible for line managing 4 medical secretaries supporting the 2 practice consultants.

What You’ll Do
- Operational Management: Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and smooth coordination across teams.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team, promoting a positive work culture and fostering professional growth.
- Patient Care: Ensure high-quality, compassionate care and a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain regulatory compliance, implement quality assurance programs, and manage clinic systems to ensure excellence in patient services.
- Financial Oversight of the clinic.
What You'll Bring
- Prior experience as a Practice Manager.
- Experience managing appraisals of staff, allocation of resources, planning needs of department.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage a diverse team and drive operational success.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical office operations, and patient care.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using hospital or clinical IT systems.
- Several years of experience within people management is highly desirable.
