We are looking for an experienced social worker who are ready to take the next step in their professional career. Within this role you will be responsible for the supervision and day to day support of a small team of social workers who are working with children under a child in need, child protection plan or looked after children. You would be working closely with partners such as education and health to ensure that children and their families have the right support.
We recognise the need to support our practitioners in order to develop and enhance their skills and experience, you will be expected to share your expertise, provide leadership and direction to your staff which in turn will enable them to provide exceptional services to our children, young people and their families.
