Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Academy Coach at Leeds United, located in Leeds. The Pre-Academy Coach will be responsible for developing young football talent, planning and delivering training sessions, monitoring player progress, and creating a positive and inclusive environment. The role also includes coordinating with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive and effective development program.

Qualifications

Experience in youth coaching and player development
Strong understanding of football tactics and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging and productive training sessions
Passion for nurturing young talent and promoting their growth
Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., UEFA B License) are beneficial
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection in sports
