We're looking for a
Preconstruction Manager to join our
Building Solutions South team based in
London/South.
Location: London/South
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired
What will you be responsible for?
As a
Preconstruction Manager, you'll be working within the
Building Solutions South team, supporting them in leading preconstruction activities and ensuring successful project mobilisation.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover
- Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy
- Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team

- You have excellent communication and leadership skills
- You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership
- You have experience managing preconstruction on projects up to £20m
