About the role
Precision Engineering Production Specialist
Responsibilities
Client needs guidance moving from Research and Development to Production. Review Product, manufacturing processes, including roles and responsibilities; logistics; compliance obligations; quality checks in/out; documentation etc
Qualifications
High level engineering/production qualification and experience of implementing manufacturing process in a high tech environment - preferably aerospace, automotive, defence, or maritime.
Onboarding
Initial interview with approved business partner, then meet with client. If selected there will be an Initial Security Screening that should take 2-3weeks.
Undertake a product and project onboarding process with the client, and review current process, people and technology, with the guidance of the client, the partner and a digital strategist.
Plan the production process. Agree with client. Work with automation partner and digital strategist to implement, and scheduling inspections to ensure the process is delivering to plan.
When
Ideally start at the beginning of February and plan requisite duration of engagement prior to commencement.
Remuneration
Commensurate with a senior High-Tech role.
