Pre-Sales & Customer Success Engineer (Broadcast / Video Production)
Remote (UK preferred) | Europe considered | Travel required (customer sites + trade shows)
QuickLink is looking for a hands-on, customer-facing engineer to support the full journey from pre-sales discovery & demos through onboarding, training, and long-term customer success. If you enjoy solving real-world production challenges and shaping end-to-end workflows, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and PoCs
• Support onboarding, deployment, training, and customer adoption
• Troubleshoot workflows across live production and remote contribution
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove friction
• Travel to customer sites and support key trade shows (e.g., IBC)
What we’re looking for
• Experience in a technical customer role (Pre-Sales / Solutions / Field / Customer Success Engineer)
• Strong broadcast/live production workflow knowledge
• TriCaster experience (setup, configuration, production workflows, support)
• Solid IP/networking fundamentals (routing/switching basics, NAT/firewalls, QoS concepts)
• Confident communicator—able to run demos and explain workflows clearly
• Comfortable working remotely, with regular travel
