- Establish and operate sheet metal equipment under minimal supervision to fabricate as well as form products as per engineering drawings and parameters.
- Perform loading and unloading of material by changing tools and select required machine programs.
- Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product schedules.
- Measures and aligns materials to be used.
- Resolve quality as well as mechanical problems and repair minor issues along with equipment adjustments as required.
- Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect and maintain press braking operative equipment’s for conformance with safety requirements.
- Ensure to correct issues related to safety before performing operations.
- Maintains a clean work area
- Work on a 3-shift system
- Flexible can-do attitude
- Able to prioritize own workload to meet deadlines.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and always focus on quality.
- Self-motivated and confident when taking responsibility for all areas of work.
