My client is a high-growth, private equity-backed vehicle rental and leasing business based in Bedfordshire, currently undergoing an exciting phase of expansion. As part of this growth, they're looking to appoint a Pricing Analyst - Fleet and Leasing to take ownership of pricing activity across the business and play a pivotal role in commercial support.
This is a highly analytical and hands-on role - ideal for someone who’s confident working with pricing data, supplier relationships, and complex quoting scenarios. You'll be a key player in supporting tender activity and helping the business stay commercially competitive in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the pricing database with accuracy and consistency
- Produce and support complex quotes for the sales and tender teams
- Analyse market pricing data to inform and refine pricing strategy
- Liaise with vehicle suppliers, funders, and other key commercial partners
- Work closely with senior stakeholders on pricing propositions and margin analysis
- Take ownership of data integrity, pricing structures, and system accuracy
- Drive improvements in pricing processes and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in a pricing, commercial, or analytical role within the vehicle leasing, rental, or automotive industry
- Familiar with pricing and fleet management systems, ideally including Key2
- Experience working with CAP data structures and/or CAPHPI, and has worked with CAP as a supplier
- Comfortable supporting sales teams with tenders and bespoke quotations
- Highly proficient in Excel with a detail-driven, analytical mindset
- Proactive, hands-on and commercially aware, with a focus on accuracy and pace
- Experience working with external suppliers, OEMs or funding partners is highly beneficial
