At BCLP, we’ve built our firm on the foundations of thinking differently. Curious, inquisitive and unbound by tradition, we’re building change within our sector and beyond.
It starts with our people, which is why we need a Pricing Manager / Senior Pricing Manager to join our team and help shape the firm’s commercial strategy through data-driven pricing decisions and stakeholder collaboration.
While this is a senior-level role, we’re open to considering experienced pricing professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with leadership, influence strategic decision-making, and contribute to high-impact projects across the business. You’ll gain exposure to complex pricing models, client negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives — all within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and client expectations.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across BD, Finance, and Legal teams to support strategic pricing decisions.
• Leading pricing analysis for key client proposals, panel reviews, and fee arrangements.
• Providing guidance on alternative fee arrangements and profitability modelling.
• Supporting the development of pricing tools and frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategy.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members or supporting cross-functional pricing initiatives.
• Contributing to client conversations and pitches where pricing expertise is required.
• Driving continuous improvement in pricing processes and reporting.
Skills and experience required:
• Proven experience in pricing, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of profitability drivers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with pricing tools, modelling, and Excel-based analysis.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting client proposals or fee negotiations is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
