Role Description

We have a small handful of highly lucrative self-employed roles available for Prime Central London Property Experts who wish to partner with us on an exciting new venture in Prime Central London (PCL) with the power of an international and national brand behind them and access to our fantastic Park Lane office to meet clients and buyers or run property exhibitions in.

Ideal Candidates Are Lead Generators Or Net-workers At Heart And Ideally Operate In, Or Have Operated In, Any Of The Following Areas Before

• Chelsea,
• South Kensington,
• Knightsbridge,
• Holland Park,
• Notting Hill Gate,
• Paddington,
• Bayswater,
• St Johns Wood,
• Marylebone,
• Belgravia,
• Pimlico,
• Nine Elms,
• Sloane Square,
• Earls Court

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of listing experience in PCL and ideally a black book of Prime Central London or International Clients
• Proficiency in UK Real Estate Legal Requirements and Compliance
• Knowledge of short leases and dealing with high-net-worth individuals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (You make clients more money!)
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Prior experience in the luxury property market is a plus
